TBC Bank and VISA Present Visa Festival

From May 1 to September 1,

Any TBC Bank VISA cardholder, who intensively uses VISA card for making purchases at any merchant worldwide, will be given a chance to win a family package tour in Disneyland, Paris.

The grand prize – a tour in Disneyland, Paris.

The package tour provides:
• 4 Return plane tickets (family members: two adults and two children under 12 years).
• Accommodation in a hotel on the territory of the Disneyland 
• Exclusive show program and Invitation to a special evening

Other items in the raffle:

• 5 silver prizes – – a voucher worth 700 GEL to be used at the home appliances shop;
• 20 bronze prizes – a voucher worth 200 GEL to be used at the Novo Group's shops: „Mexx“, „ Benetton“, „Lacoste“, „Chicco“(Chavchavadze Ave. 37) and „Sisley“.

The settlement by Visa Electron card is free of charge!

To take part in Visa card festival you just have to:

• Have TBC Bank Visa card (TBC Cosmo, TBC Lukoil, Mobile Card, Visa Gold, Visa Classic, Visa Electron);
• Pay at least once for the goods or services the minimum amount of 5 GEL at any merchant worldwide by Visa card during the event;

Upon obtaining TBC Cosmo, Mobile Card or TBC Lukoil card and making even one purchase, you will automatically take part in the raffle with start-up ten points.

Remember! The more often you use Visa card at merchants the more chances you have to be the winner.

The rules of a raffle

1. Any citizen who is over 18 and is a TBC Bank Visa plastic cardholder can take part in this promotional event-raffle.
2. The event is held from June 15, 2007 to September1, 2007.
3. The results of the raffle will be summarized on September 10, 2007 at the headquarters of TBC Bank.
4. The consumer, who will pay by TBC Bank Visa card at least once at any Merchants worldwide, will become a participant. The minimum transaction can be 5 (five) GEL, or more.
5. The winner will be selected at random among those who have scored the points as a result of transactions at merchants (raffle).
6. The points will be given according to the following scheme:

Transaction sum	Points
5.00-99.99 GEL	1 points
100 GEL and more	2 points

Example: 105.00 GEL transactions will get two points.

Every additional point will increase the chance of winning for the cardholder.

7. Cash withdrawal from ATMs and the bank offices by plastic cards or transfers through internet banking may not be the part of the raffle.
8. If the cardholder makes 3 or more transactions in the same merchant’s, only 2 transactions will be counted (the priority will be given to the transaction with a bigger sum).
9. Each winner will be awarded only one prize.
10. The prizes will be given out by TBC Bank not later than September 22, 2007. It is not possible to get an equivalent sum for a non-cash prize.
11. If the main prize winner is not able to travel, or if it is impossible to  contact this person before September 17, 2007, then another raffle will take place until September 20, 2007, at the TBC headquarters to reveal a new main prize winner.
12. The bank does not bear the responsibility if the winner or his/ her family is not able to travel abroad due to the absence of relevant papers or if the Embassy refuses to issue the visa.
13. If TBC Bank Visa plastic cardholder does not wish to become the participant of the New Year promotional event, he/she has to notify TBC Bank about it not later than September 1, 2007.
