In 2004, TBC Bank founded “TBC Leasing”. In a year since its establishment, “TBC Leasing” was able to hold a substantial position at the Georgian leasing market: only during 2004 year total leasing portfolio was increased by 15 times.

Principal service provided by JSC “TBC Leasing” is financial leasing – a leasing company purchases basic means selected by the client and transfers them in use of the client in exchange for paying the annual fee. As soon as the leasing fee is totally paid, the client becomes the owner of the object of leasing.

In addition to this, “TBC Leasing” offers clients “returnable leasing” which enables companies to release the funds invested in fixed assets and fill the circulating capital. In case of returnable leasing, “TBC Bank” purchases facilities of the client, though he/she continues usage of these facilities as usual and after paying the leasing fee in total, the right to ownership returns to the client.
