Responsible for planning, development and implementation of the organization’s marketing strategy, marketing communications and public relations.
The director will report to the CEO of the bank and will oversee departments of Public Relations, Media Communications, Marketing Communications and Marketing Analysis.
Main Roles and Responsibilities
Recommend short- and long-term Organization goals and objectives to the Executive Director;
Responsible for the achievement of marketing mission, goals and financial objectives. Ensure that evaluation systems are in place related to these Goals;
Perform general Reporting to direct supervisor and Board members;
Ensure effective management within the marketing department function, with provision for succession;
Design, support and oversee cross-functional teams throughout the Organization;
Leads projects as assigned, such as cause-related marketing and special events;
Work closely with the business lines to develop the most appropriate marketing campaigns.
Qualification and Skills Requirements
Master’s degree in Business Administration, major in Marketing and the school from Europe or US would be preferable;
Minimum of 5 years management experience would be preferable;
Minimum of 5 years experience in marketing, communications or public relations;
Knowledge and understanding of modern banking products and processes;
Experience in the retail banking industry;
Very strong organizational skills and knowledge of outsourced services and trends in banking so as to manage all marketing projects/workflow and know when (and to whom) to turn to if outsourcing is necessary;
Good command of written and spoken English is essential;
