How can I activate the TBC Digipass application?

A Bank employee will give/send you the activation code that you will need to enter in the application. Additionally a pin code will be sent to your phone number.
Please note that an internet connection (via mobile internet or Wi-Fi) is required for the activation of the application.

Is it possible to authorise transfers of different users from the same application?
Yes, it is possible. If you use the Digipass as both individual and corporate client, you can have more that one digipass accounts on the same application.
 
How can I add a new digipass account?

In order to add new digipass account you will have to visit a branch or call our call center. A bank employee will give/send you the activation code, which you will have to enter in the corresponding field in the application. You can do this from Settings.
