If you were expecting to receive a remittance via CONTACT but have not yet redeemed it, you will not be able to do so. The sender is advised to contact the system regarding this issue.
 

For individuals who have sent remittances through CONTACT that have not been received by the intended recipient, we are actively investigating the matter. Updates will be provided once available.
 

For future transfers, alternative money transfer systems available in TBC can be utilized.
