General description

Nominee account is a deposit account of the notary, which is used for parties of the transaction. Account protects interests of the client and ensures their transaction. The mentioned account represents the guarantee, which is used for allocating the client's money.

Opening the Nominee account - is permissible only for the notaries. There are 2 types of Nominee account:

  • Aggregated nominee account
  • Segregated nominee account

Account opening fee 20 GEL
Monthly commission fee 2 GEL
Permitted operation Allocation/transferring the cash transfer/transfer converting
Banned operations Withdrawing the amount
Allocation of Nominee account Free of charge
Commission for transferring Standard tariffs
Currency of the account All currencies, wherein the current account is opened
