With the DigiPass application, you will be able to generate a one-time security code that you can use instead of an SMS code to enter the digital bank.

If you do not perform an active operation with the device - Digipass Token / TBC Digipass application received from the bank within 6 months after receiving it, the device / application will be automatically canceled.

Which mobile phones support the TBC Pass app?

You should first download "TBC Pass " application from App Store and then install it on the phone. Please remember that you need to be a registered user of the App Store and should have an Apple ID. The TBC Pass application is available in the market of every country free of charge.

How can I activate the TBC Pass application?

After downloading the application you can activate it in branches or via the call center.

A Bank employee will give/send you the activation code that you will need to enter in the application. Additionally a pin code will be sent to your phone number.
Please note that an internet connection (via mobile internet or Wi-Fi) is required for the activation of the application.

Is it possible to authorize transfers of different users from the same application?
Yes, it is possible. If you use the TBC Pass as both individual and corporate client, you can have more than one TBC Pass account on the same application.
 
How can I add a new TBC Pass account?

In order to add new TBC Pass account you will have to visit a branch or call our call center. A bank employee will give/send you the activation code, which you will have to enter in the corresponding field in the application. You can do this from Settings.
