Rules for Participation in 2019 Rugby World Cup Campaign:

1.  Term of the campaign   

1.1 From May 28, 2019, 20:00 till August 30, 20:00

2. Campaign organizers:

This campaign is carried out by JSC "TBC BANK" based on the permit issued by "Rugby World Cup" LLC ("RWCL").

3. Campaign participants

  • Only JSC "TBC BANK" Mastercard holders are eligible for participation and these cards can be used to purchase tickets on the website: www.TKT.ge
  • Individuals holding JSC "TBC BANK" Mastercard debit and credit cards can participate in the campaign.
  • JSC "TBC BANK" employees/employee family members, organizers and clients under eighteen cannot participate in this campaign.
  • Only citizens of Georgia can participate in this campaign.
  • Winner of the campaign can be only the person whose name is indicated on the Mastercard card and ones who purchase tickets from Scotland vs Georgia match.

4. Campaign description

4.1 Mastercard and JSC "TBC BANK" campaign, which will be held from May 28, 2019, 20:00 till August 30, 20:00, on the territory of Georgia. In the scope of the campaign JSC "TBC BANK" will identify seven clients, who will be given a chance to attend Rugby World Cup 2019 in Japan, on 26/10/19 or on 02/11/19.

4.2 Travel Voucher includes as follows:

  1. Five three-day travel voucher, which will enable individuals to attend Rugby World Cup 2019 semifinals on October 26.
  2. Two three-day travel voucher, which will enable individuals to attend Rugby World Cup 2019 final match on November 2nd.

Travel voucher includes: two tickets for match, accommodation, travel insurance and airplane tickets.

5. Potential winners of the campaign will be selected based on the preestablished logic:  

  • List of JSC "TBC BANK" individual clients who are actively using Mastercard debit or credit cards will be developed. Also, this list will include individuals who have purchased tickets via www.TKT.ge;
  • The above-mentioned list will be arranged in accordance with Georgian alphabet;
  • Segregated list will be given numbers;
  • From the numbered clients ever 925 client.
  • From the selected individuals gift will be awarded to the client, which fully complies with campaign requirements;
  • If pre-selected client does not comply with conditions, then the award will be granted to the next/following client.

6. Potential clients will be provided with gifts on the following conditions:

  • It is necessary for pre-selected clients to purchase Scotland vs Georgia rugby match tickets, which will be held on august 31, 2019. Purchase period: from May 7, 16:04 till August 30, 20:00.
  • If the pre-selected client fails to comply with campaign conditions and will not purchase Scotland vs Georgia rugby match tickets, which will be held on august 31, 2019, then the award will be granted to the following client in the database and this process will continue till the client complying with conditions is identified.

7. Winner identification

7.1 The client will be informed on winning on August 31st, 2019, during the rugby match.

7.2 During Scotland vs Georgia rugby match, August 31st, 2019, list of the winners will be shown on the screen and also, announced by the commentator.


8. Additional conditions

8.1 This campaign is carried out by JSC "TBC BANK" based on the permit issued by "Rugby World Cup" LLC ("RWCL").

8.2 JSC "TBC BANK" takes no responsibility on visa related issues.

8.3 JSC "TBC BANK" shall not be liable for all damage, which can be caused to the campaign winner and which is not resulted by bank's direct fault.

8.4 JSC "TBC BANK" employees/employee family members, organizers and clients under eighteen cannot participate in this campaign. 

8.5 In case if the winner will not be granted a right to enter (visa) the championship host country, then the bank will award the gift to the client listed in the database described in section 3. For example: every 20th client is a winner and 20 other participants optional.

8.6 Individuals participating in Mastercard campaign, who may become winners, give prior consent, that JSC "TBC BANK" can publicize their personal information by application of any means, also if required provide Rugby World Cup Limited ("RWCL") and/or Japan Rugby 19 ("JR 2019") (any other service provider and agent) with winner related information in order to provide winners with match tickets and avoid any falsification of tickets.

8.7 Campaign winners agree, that their personal information will be used for marketing and PR activities. JSC "TBC BANK" is entitled to use personal information (name, last name, personal data, photos) of the winner for marketing and PR activities. Also, the winner takes responsibility to participate in activities organized within the scope of the campaign, what includes promotion and popularization of the campaign.

8.8 JSC "TBC BANK" shall not be liable for all damage, which can be caused to the campaign winner and which is not resulted by bank's direct fault.

8.9 It is prohibited for the winner to exchange ticket/tickets for cash or require any other type of benefit or to gift the ticket to the other individual.

8.10 Each winner and his/her guest(s) as applicable agree to comply with the terms and conditions applicable to the issue and use of tickets from time to time (as available and set out at https://info.tickets.rugbyworldcup.com/tickettc-e/   or such other webpage as determined by Rugby World Cup Limited ("RWCL") from time to time), the tournament organiser (Japan Rugby 2019, "JR2019") and all applicable venue owner or operator rules and regulations to access Rugby World Cup venues and any other areas associated with Rugby World Cup (including any terms of accreditation determined by RWCL).  Further each winner and his/her guest(s) acknowledge that he/she may be required to enter into a direct acknowledgement and/or agreement with RWCL and/or JR2019 concerning use of the tickets and compliance with ticket terms and conditions prior to receiving the prize.

8.11 Winners and/or guests shall not, while using Rugby World Cup tickets, display or publicise any political slogans or homophobic language, images of a lewd or explicitly sexual nature, images containing logos of competitors and overt brand sponsorship or anything else deemed to ambush marketing or an abuse of the Rugby World Cup, content which is defamatory, obscene, illegal, vulgar, offensive or otherwise unsuitable or infringes others' rights (including intellectual property rights) or reflects negatively upon any of RWCL or the Rugby World Cup.  Each entrant agrees and acknowledges that any breach of this clause will cause significant damage and loss to RWCL.

8.12 The Promoter may pass personal information relating to prize winners to RWCL and/or JR2019 (and any of their service providers or agents) for the purposes of monitoring the distribution and use of Rugby World Cup tickets and related experiences and, in the event of a suspect breach of any terms and conditions, rules or regulations of RWCL and/or JR2019 relating to the use of such tickets and/or experiences, investigating and taking action against such winners.

8.13 This promotion is run by the Promoter with the permission of RWCL.  Accordingly the Promoter is responsible for the operation of and all matters and concerns relating to the promotion, not RWCL or any other persons involved in staging of Rugby World Cup 2019 (including JR2019) and World Rugby (formerly the International Rugby Board), all of whom shall not be responsible for or liable to entrants in any way whatsoever in connection with this promotion.
