General Description

Insurance protects the property you own or are currently leasing from all the potential risks listed below:
- Leaks from a neighboring property;
- Malfunction of water supply and sewage systems;
- Malfunction of piping and electrical systems;
- Fire, explosion and smoke damage;
- Theft, burglary and robbery;
- Hail, flood, high winds and lightning strikes;
- Third-party property damage/vandalism;
- Insurance also covers damage to leased property due to negligence on the tenant's part.
Terms and Fees
Insurees must be at least 18 or above.
Property owned by the insured party must be:
- Built after 1955;
- No more than 300 sqm in total area;
- Permanently inhabited;
- Located in Tbilisi, Kutaisi, Batumi, Bakuriani or Gudauri.
