If client does not perform an active transaction via the Digipass Token within 6 month from the delivery (receipt) thereof from the Bank, the Digipass Token will be cancelled (deactivated). Besides, in such a case the amounts paid by the Client upon the delivery of the device, shall not be refunded.

We ensure a high level of security for internet banking using modern technologies. However, there are guidelines that users themselves should follow:


Before logging in, make sure you are on the right URL:, you can always recheck its validity with the security certificate by clicking on the padlock in the upper or lower panel of the browser;

Do not share your internet banking Username and  Password. Do not save them on the computer, internet, mobile or any other medium that isn't password protected;

Be careful using a public computer. Make sure to LOG OUT once you have finished your internet banking session;

Do not leave the computer unattended while logged in;

Do not send confidential information via email. The bank will never ask you for your personal or security information, any passwords or information about your accounts;

If you feel your transaction security has been compromised, contact us immediately;

If you receive a suspicious email, stating that it is from TBC Bank, please contact us immediately.


What do we do to protect you?


Registration information is checked before authorization;

Our internet banking is protected by the leading global provider of SSL certificates Thawte;

Logging into internet banking is secured with a username and a password, which are unique;


For additional security:

From March 20, 2021, a strong authentication method will be added to Mobile and Internet Banking, which will change the process of logging in to the application and doing transactions:

• To log into the application and do transactions above 50 GEL, you will need to enter the SMS / Digipass code

• To simplify your daily life, you can activate a trusted device and contacts

If you activate a trusted device, you will not have to enter a one-time security code when logging in to mobile banking. Visit settings page to activate.

• After adding a trusted template you will not need to enter a one-time security/Digipass code while doing a transaction.  You can add a trusted template after the transaction is completed and also from the templates page.

Note: Once added, the trusted template will be activated within 24 hours

Batch transactions:


Batch transaction file may contain the following types of single transactions:

  • Transfer to Own Accounts;
  • Transfer to Own Accounts – Currency Exchange
  • Transfer within TBC Bank;
  • Transfer to Other Bank in National Currency (GEL);
  • Transfer to Other Bank in Foreign Currency;
  • Treasury Transfer;
  • Treasury Transfer for Somebody Else.
