It doesn't incure any additional fee. Repetative registrations in case of reinstallment of the app is free of charge.
If client does not perform an active transaction via the TBC Digipass application within 6 month from the registration thereof from the Bank, the Digipass Token will be cancelled (deactivated). Besides, in such a case the amounts paid by the Client upon the registration for application, shall not be refunded.

Application is supported by the following phones:
iPhone 3GS, 4, 4S, 5, 5C and 5S (iOS version 4.1 and newer);
Androids (Android OS version 2.2, 4.0 and newer);
screen size: 720x1280, 480x800, 480x640, 320x480 pixels
How to install TBC Digipass application on iPhone?
You should first download "TBC Digipass" application from App Store and than install it on the phone. Please consider, that you should be registered user on App Store and should have an Apple ID. TBC Digipass application is avaiable on market of every country free of change.

How to activate TBC Digipass application?
After downloading the application you can activate it in branhes or via callcenter.
Bank employee will give/send you the activation code, that you have to enter in the application. Additionally Pin code will be sent to your phone number.
Please consider that internet connection (via mobile internet or Wi-Fi) is required for activation of application.
Is it possible to authorise transafers of different users from the same application?
Yes, it is possible. If you use Digipass as both individual and corporate client, you can have more that one digipass accounts n the same application.
How to add new digipass account?
in order to add new digipass account you will ahve to visit the branch or call our call center. Bank employee will give/send you the activation code, which you will have to enter in the corresponding field in the application. you can do this from Settings.
