TBC Bank offers to deliver foreign currency settlement system (FXSS) services as the System Operator. FXSS is aimed to conduct automatic clearing and settlement operations based on settlement orders received through the Georgian Securities Settlement System (GSSS) and corporate actions.

 

Key Provisions:

  • The System Operator is TBC Bank JSC.
  • A System Participant can be any commercial bank licensed by NBG and integrated into GSSS.
  • System Participants must run a GEL Loro account with TBC Bank JSC.
  • System Participants must also run a special foreign currency account for foreign currency-denominated securities settlement.
  • FXSS integration of a settlement bank is possible by notifying NBG and the Georgian Central Securities Depository (GCSD) in advance.
